

MY STORY
I'M LUCAS SINCLAIR
Hey, I'm Lucas 👋- My fitness journey started when I was 16 years old after leaving secondary school (high school). I was a scrawny kid weighing just 100lbs at 5'10. I never ate. I wasn't into sports. But I knew I had to make a change. I started going to the gym regularly after my friend decided to take me on a training session with him. I was hooked immediately. I think for the most part I am mainly quite competitive and could not handle the fact that this guy made me look like a stick stood next to him. So, I decided to get onto a proper training regiment and nutritional plan. Within my first year I had gained 20-25lbs and about 80% of that was muscle. The years thereafter my dedication and commitment to developing my physique only grew stronger. As it stands I now weigh 160lbs. I am not the biggest man in the room. However, I would like to think you can tell that I work out regularly.
I wasted a lot of time when I first embarked onto my fitness journey, I did not make any changes to my diet until I was through with the beginning stages of my lifting career. Which is so frustrating as "newbie gains" is a real thing, you can expect to on up to 30lbs of muscle within your first year if your training, nutrition and sleep is all dialled in. Of course genetics also play a large factor in the amount and rate at which you can expect to gain muscle. After going through the trials and tribulations within my first few years of training, I decided to step into the realm of fitness coaching in order for me to help individuals achieve their own fitness goals. I am a qualified and licensed Personal Trainer. I am also working towards a qualification in Nutrition to further my education as a health and fitness coach. I have learned how to make fitness as simple as possible without sacrificing progression - let me show you how
